The Evolution Programme
Major new developments are underway for Lifestyle Express, with a new three year strategy called the Evolution Programme, which will turn good stores into great stores.
The Evolution Programme is based on four key pillars:
- Evolved Retail Disciplines: Landmark Wholesale has invested in new field resources. The Lifestyle Compliance Activation Team (CAT) visit stores to encourage the highest standards of core range stocking and promotion execution.
- Evolved Shop fitting: higher quality equipment, materials and graphics throughout the store.
- Evolved Store Format: Four bespoke formats - Neighbourhood, Transient, Off Licence and Impulse. Store location and trading style determine which is the most suitable, to maximise Retailer sales.
- Category Evolution: We use the latest Consumer research and trends, identifying the most exciting new products to make sure the range is bang up-to-date.
The Evolution test stores have produced growth of between 17% and 75% on top of already improved sales figures.
