Customer Communications

Business Development Director, Chris Doyle heads up the marketing team and has put in place a new Customer communications package to communicate more effectively with Member Wholesalers, Lifestyle Retailers, Independent Retailers and Caterers through four regular newsletters - Wholesaler Matters, Lifestyle News, Retailer Matters and Top Table.

In-Depot Customer communications have been made more user friendly by studying the Customer journey through the Depot:

  • A consistent look and feel has been applied to all literature and P.O.S.
  • Communications have been split into Retailer specific and Caterer specific, with Catering communications being further broken down by sector
  • Literature is consistently displayed grouping price promotions together, and news/information literature together.

The result is more effective promotions and supporting advice, that are easy to find, understand and implement.
